This week was Rosh Hoshana. On Monday night as I was leaving to go to my family dinner, my car wouldn't start. I had a family member pick me up. The next morning I called VW Roadside Assistance for a jump so I could get to Gunther VW right up the street from my home. I was told I was out of that service due to being over 36,000 miles. I then called my car Insurance company and was told that I did not have that service on my policy. I have been going through tough financial times since June as I was let go from a job that I moved here for because they could not afford me. I then called the Pompano Gunther Dealership and spoke with David Love, Service Manager and told him my story. He graciously, without hesitation, came to my home to jump my car so we could get it to the dealership. David then worked with VW and the Dealership on giving me financial assistance with the cost of the installation and labor of the new battery. Much to my surprise, David called me to advise that there would be no cost to me for the new battery. I couldn't believe what I was hearing! Being female, my first reaction was tears of joy. I am not a person that believes in Miracles, but on Tuesday, the first day of Rosh Hoshana, David Love and his team, performed a Rosh Hoshana Miracle. I will be forever grateful to David and his team for fixing my car and not putting me in further debt. I highly recommend Gunther VW Pompano to anyone looking for a new car or has a VW that requires service. I have been buying/leasing VW's from Gunther for a very long time and will continue to do so. This team is top notch!!!!!!!!!!!!

3rd VW from Gunther and first one at their new location in Pompano Beach. Very close to my house. Worked with Hus and he was very professional and took his time explaining all the differences between the 2 cars I was looking at. Sales Mgr as well.
