Had a great experience with this dealership! Honestly, I didn’t think we’d be able to make a deal, but Reynaldo Alvarez made it happen. He was respectful, honest, and genuinely kind. He took the time to show us several vehicles and, best of all, there was no pressure—unlike many other salespeople.
Also, Denise was fantastic! She handled all the paperwork quickly and efficiently. Even after the deal was done, she’s continued to respond to my emails and answer any questions I’ve had. Truly great service from start to finish.

David my service writer was wonderful. The only problem I had was with UBER. It had nothing to do with David. Uber keep sending the driver to the wrong address to pick me up. It took 3 times for them to pick me up. The driver did not speak English and half way during the ride I realize he was taking me to the wrong place. It was a nightmare trying to get him to understand. I watched David key everything into the Uber website and it was correct. It was all UBER's faulty. The check out staff was also great and very friendly. The next time my car needs anything, I will definitely be back

David Butterly is just incredible !! David took all my information and found that my car was under warranty . He is extremely knowledgeable,very friendly, courteous, prompt and kept me up to date as to how my car was coming along !! Everybody should be like Mr. David Butterly !! He put me at ease right away !! Also, David Lovely !! Another great fellow !! They are truly big assets for Gunther Volkswagen !!
