The service was great. Everyone was really friendly and helpful. The person who took care of me and my car was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable and made sure to update me as soon as my car was ready.

Service and service representative were excellent. Pick-up and drop off areas were blocked by another car so not very convenient. Exiting car in those areas had very limited space.

Nelson R is literally the sweetest person. He gave me details on my warranty and he has done my last two appointments. I would prefer him to be the person that helps me with my car each time I go.

I have to admit I was a little nervous dealing with new people. I only dealt with VW Pompano/Vista. It was an overall excellent experience. Many thanks to both David’s that work in the service division. The recall update on my ID buzz didn’t take as long as Some of the horror stories I’ve read about online. Again excellent service!
